Reagent-free water treatment and disinfection systems
Mass disinfection of water by chlorination has been used in most countries of the world, including Europe, since the beginning of the twentieth century. This method of cleaning has become widespread due to the high level of bacterial action, cost effectiveness and a fairly simple control system for the disinfection process. However, the traditional methods of chlorination of water, associated with the use of gaseous chlorine, have a number of disadvantages, including those associated with storage, transportation and dosage of the reagent, which is explosive. Thus, many users are looking for other, safer and more convenient disinfectants.
